3rd Grade Homework Responsibilities:
1. MATH: A Math Home Link will go home on days that a new lesson is presented. The home link is due the next school day. On days that a new lesson is not presented, students may be assigned flash cards or triangles to practice basic facts. This will help them on their weekly minute timed tests. If students forget their home link at school, they can always print one off, using their Everyday Math username and password.
2. WORD STUDY: Words can be practiced on spellingcity.com
3. NIGHTLY READING REQUIREMENTS: In order to develop strong reading skills, students are required to read a minimum of 20 minutes every night and log it in their reading log.
4. Unfinished class work will be sent home as homework when necessary.
5. Students can also go on their Xtra Math, Frontrowed.com, or the Everyday Math online accounts for extra Math practice at home.
